　　prof  Papademetriou:  It seems they both come together. They may be related to the same abnormality that leads to high cholesterol， increase in blood pressure and eventually the development of diabetes.

　　prof  Papademetriou: We believe it is related to abdominal fat. Patients who have abdominal fat tend to develop some kind of hormones that promote these things.
